Goodware

Forever and a day later, I wanted to post something time sensitive. I love freeware, but I also love goodware. That's software that is a of a good quality. Some of it may not be free, but hey, we have to support good design do we not?

So, Ashampoo is having a birthday sale. For 10 days, almost everything in their product catalogue is $10! I've used some of their software before, and i can say that the sweet deal from this would be Burning Studio 11. This has replaced Nero as my favorite burning software. (Does anyone still use Nero?) They do make other software that's worth taking a look at too.. (Photo Commander is a decent photo manager, and for $10 (normally $50) it's great! And my third pick from the catalogue?  Home Designer Pro, a 3D modelling software for home design. So regular price for these three apps would be 130$, on sale for 30$. That's ridiculous!

Best Free Image Browser Updated

Well, I've been lost in cyberspace for a while, but i'm back. So i thought i'd share some graphic goodness! There alot of free image browers out there. And it may be difficult to choose one that's right for you. But after trying several image browsers (picasa, windows gallery, faststone image viewer, xnview, irfan, etc. I've settled on using Zoner. Maybe not a surprise for those of you that have seen my previous post about Zoner. Zoner photo studio free has been updated to version 14. It's a decent release that expands on image sharing support, plus bug fixes, and if you want a professional looking image browser for free, it's still my top pick.
